"Crossfire is the first book I have read from Anna Widzisz. I am not used to her writing style. Crossfire is written as a third party. So it took me a little longer than usual to read the book. But once I got used to it, I did enjoy the book.

Let me tell you about Elio. First, he is my kind of broody man, comes off like a complete Jerk, but that is why we love him. However, you do see his caring side. He is the way he is after his up brining and seeing how his father treats his mother, how the mother took it, and their mafia lifestyle. It what makes him tick. You can’t help but fall in love with him. Savannah made me want to be a better person. The love for her brother and how she was selfless in taking care of her brother. Her brother just broke my heart. Love that little guy.

Elio and Savannah are complete opposites that fit together. The chemistry between the two is off the charts scorching hot. I did cry a few tears at the end; you just can't help it. I can't wait for the next book to see what happens next."
