Saga: Compendium One

"A daughter is telling the story of how her parents met. It's a love story of two people who happen to be from enemy planets. While on the run for the sake of their small family, we meet many colorful characters including a royal robot, assassins, a spider lady, a literal Lying Cat, and more. This series is currently in hiatus with no news as to when it's coming back. Brian K Vaughan is one of my favorite comic book authors. All of his work is a masterpiece. Very enjoyable to read."

Vaughan joked it was “Star Wars for perverts”, I’ve connected to its overall message about family, love, and the sacrifices parents make for their children. Also, Fiona Staples’ artwork is superb and makes the world of Saga feel real, gritty, and fantastical!"
