Connor is sure his best friend, Branwell, couldn't have hurt Branwell's baby half sister, Nikki. But Nikki lies in a coma, and Branwell is in a juvenile behavioral center, suspected of a horrible crime and unable to utter the words to tell what really happened. Connor is the only one who might be able to break through Branwell's wall of silence. But how can he prove Branwell didn't commit the unspeakable act of which he's accused — when Branwell can't speak for himself?

"It's been around 1-2 years since I read these books. But here's my take on it anyways. This was a wonderful book that held my attention throughout the whole thing. Branwell was just at the wrong place, wrong time. He couldn't control what his au pair did when she was "babysitting" his baby sister. I wish he would've ratted on her earlier though. And what really made me want to personally smack their "caretaker" was that she remained the stance that she was innocent throughout the whole thing. She even tried to grow close to the people on Branwell's side. Making up all these lies and stories because she didn't care enough to watch a child for a few hours. That's truly disgusting. I did enjoy seeing the plot and characters develop, and although it was a little predictable it was still very enjoyable. So I for sure recommend you read it! Hope this review helped."
