"A decent entry to this trilogy. I do, however, have 2 major gripes with it that prevent it from being in the higher-tier Star Wars novels that I love. 1. Boba Fett in this novel is completely infallible. He always is one step ahead and never seems to be in any real danger, which makes him seem a bit unbelievable. 2. The novel takes its time in building a few of the major events of the novel at a pretty slow-burn pace. As a result, it feels like the author is incredibly intentionally leaving any major story conclusions for the final novel in the trilogy. I feel that this novel does add a decent connection in the trilogy, I ultimately feel like if you skipped over this one in the trilogy, you wouldn't really miss too much."
