"A book about all the different ways we currently hurt our sleep and how to improve it. Unfortunately, this book falls under the category for me where the author is just a far better speaker than writer. It’s not as if this is a bad book, but it should be more of an article or essay. If this is the first time exploring sleep, could be good. Bud I would recommend Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker, on a previous list of mine."
