If they can prove it’s possible to redeem a soul, Lucifer will allow the two of them to make some changes in Hell. But this wayward soul, Sean, doesn’t have any interest in being redeemed. Instead, now that he’s back on Earth, he’s decided to take a leaf out of Callie and Luke’s book and wants to find the Holy Grail. Now Callie, Luke, and their friends—and enemies—must race Sean around the globe on a Grail quest and bring peace between Heaven and Hell before they can finally (maybe) get around to that date.

"this is essentially like the da vinci code/angels and demons movies but romance, and the duo is a demon and a human. i really enjoyed the movies, so consequently i enjoyed this book also. it didn't strike a visceral emotion from me like other books do. i think it's a fine romance book for those who aren't into descriptive sex scenes or really any sex at all. i think here's a single sexual encounter described in the book, and maybe one in the first book. most of the time it's just kind of stated that they have sex and cuts to a later time. it's definitely action packed, and the fantasy element is fantastic, the romance almost feels like subplot but it's probably a 60/40 split of action/fantasy to romance.
