"I just reread the first 4 books of the Usagi Yojimbo series. It’s just amazing. The creator, Stan Sakai has been writing and drawing this comic for over 25 years. They are traditional samurai stories. You follow Usagi from town to town as he follows his code of honor. He has a group of side characters including his good friend, a honorable female samurai, an unscrupulous bounty hunter that does the right thing if pushed, the head of a ninja clan that has his own code of honor and a blind outlaw samurai. If you want some fast paced, just fun stories in feudal Japan, take a look at these. The comics still come out, but the collections are the best way to read this world. Also, if you go to Stan Sakai site, you can pay to have him autographed the book."
