"Seriously underrated anime classic. One of the best looking animated movies I have seen. Fantastically animated fight scenes and beautifully detailed backgrounds. It borrows quite a bit from Akira and although it’s not as revolutionary, I don’t think that’s necessary to make a great action movie. I think fans of Akira will enjoy this as well any anyone interested it the 80s/90s style of hand drawn animation. "
