"I rewatched this movie again (this is like the 12th time since it was released) last night. This movie is a classic and shows how talented Robert Townsend has been for so long now. It was so good to see so many great actors that are still around today, and some who are no longer with us. The music was amazing. If I'm not mistaken, I think I remember the real group The Dells doing the vocals for the movie. It has a good storyline that didn't focus on greed as the primary driver for issues and showed a balance of black men supporting each other even when they made mistakes. I'll always give this movie an A++++"
"This is classic! You think nobody came to see Otis... try Eddie King aka Eddie Cain"
