The Colony is a reality television series that is produced by the Discovery Channel. The program follows a group of people who must survive in a simulated post-apocalyptic environment.
Casting was done by Metal Flowers Media. The first season had 10 main cast members as well as almost 100 actors who did additional scripted and improvisational work for the show.

"Wish they would renew this show. Many people today love shows & movies about dystopian futures. People contemplating about what one would do in an apocalyptic situation is as old as time itself. This reality show is a chance for the participants to live out that very situation. They can either adapt an overcome or give in & suffer without food water or shelter. You may think yeah but it's fake.. tell that to the people living it with genuine fear & anguish. 5 ⭐ hidden gem"
