While it showed what happened in the past the protagonist in this book drove me up the wall with her idiotic decisions. Needless to say I did enjoy the plot twist and the story itself which made me commit to reading the rest of the book. Also the steam in the book was excellent so there was that. Off to the 3rd book I go, because I’m committed like that."

But I guess for the plot, he remained alive...<br/><br/>But it really upset me and my ancestors that he didn't stop breathing after that."

"This book had me so confused, I didn't think most of the book would be in the past and was so confused with the amnesia stuff and the look alike plot. I sped through this book though because once I found out who was really Lia I wanted to see how she got to where we saw her in book 1. This book is Adrian and Lia's backstory and was really helpful in filling in some blanks I had in book one."
