"I don't know what happened with this one. Something was definitely amiss. The plot is intriguing and yet the characters are both all wrong.

The heroine is all weak.

And the hero is just so rude and not at all as charming as I'm betting the author wanted him to come off.

I do want to continue on to the next one, though.

Let's see what happens."
"My inital rating was 4* but after having finished it a few days ago and thinking about it. No. Absolutely no.
1* for annoying Nila and the MC.
Another 1* just because I did read all the books in a few days. But it made me just more angry.

I am angry at this series. I feel like it keeps teasing me to continue but doesn't deliver what it promised.

I rarely hate a main character as much as I hate Nila. The women has no self preservation. None at all.
She comes across as utterly entitled and really really stupid. And it gets worse in the following books.
Her demanding behaviour isn't cute or strong. Its destructive. Given her tormentors are rather stupid as well. I just don't get why they just wouldn't gag her when she keeps interrupting, demanding stuff and asking questions over questions.
And I feel like I am a bad person to want the victim gagged.

Can we talk about the motorcycle club part? Why? Why do we have a british billionar family living in gigantic mansion.. being in a MC? Why?
Isn't enough to give them a diamon empire and **** ton of money? What role does the MC play? You can just have loyal employees.. ? No?
Why...
What MC guy plays polo??
"
