Stephanie Plum returns to hunt down a new kind of criminal operating out of Trenton in the twenty-eighth book in the wildly popular series by #1 New York Times bestselling author Janet Evanovich. When Stephanie Plum is woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of footsteps in her apartment, she wishes she didn’t keep her gun in the cookie jar in her kitchen. And when she finds out the intruder is fellow apprehension agent Diesel, six feet of hard muscle and bad attitude whom she hasn’t seen in more than two years, she still thinks the gun might come in handy. Turns out Diesel and Stephanie are on the trail of the same fugitive: Oswald Wednesday, an international computer hacker as brilliant as he is ruthless. Stephanie may not be the most technologically savvy sleuth, but she more than makes up for that with her dogged determination, her understanding of human nature, and her willingness to do just about anything to bring a fugitive to justice. Unsure if Diesel is her partner or her competition, she’ll need to watch her back every step of the way as she works to draw Wednesday out from behind his computer and into the real world in this “action-packed caper filled with crazy twists and some nail-biting suspense” (Booklist, starred review).

"This was an incredible book! Not only was it a fast paced “catch-em” book, but it was based in the towns I live near! One simple drive and I am in Stephanie Plum’s hometown, Trenton! This book had its funny, sentimental momets. There were some simple life moments of what a Bail Bonds Officer’s typical day looks like. But there were some thriller moments, which made the book so much more enjoyable since Stephanie Plum’s main objective in the book is the catch a brainiac murderous lunatic who “finds pleasure in pain.” Great book, simple read, flew through it! Took me 6 days to read, the fastest I have ever read a book. Easily a one-sitting book for fast paced readers! 4/5 ⭐️"
"I have the final book in this series I need to read called “Going Rouge”"

"I actually really liked this book, which surprised me because I didn't think I would. I don't normally read books like this, where there's a lot of stuck up rich people in them, but I'm a sucker for books with angst and drama so I went for it. It was actually really enjoyable, but Maya, the main character, annoyed me a lot."

"Another amazing book by the awesome Rene Folsom!!!

Maci and Liam reach a new point in their relationship or what could be their relationship. When Maci's whole world threatens to close in on her, she does the one thing that she never thought possible. She hurts the person that she never wanted to hurt in order to protect herself and her loved ones.

Will Liam and Maci be able to move past the hurt and betrayal or will they forever be forced to wonder their own paths alone only having crossed paths for a brief moment in time?"
"You know a book series has got to be good when there’s a huge following, and fans everywhere excited for the next installment. Game On is the 28th book, yes the 28th book in the Stephanie Plums series, and although I haven’t read them all, the few I’ve read can be read as standalone novels. As I read this series, ( continue to read the one’s I haven’t been able to get to) I can best describe them as ‘comfort reads’ when you need a good mystery.
Easy to read, easy to get into, and smooth flowing. Not super suspenseful, of thriller(y), but more of a cozy catch the bad guy vibe."
