"I really enjoyed this book way more than the first book. I think I needed some time to get attached to the new characters. <br/>Carter and Sadie are on a quest to wake Ra in order to defeat Apophis. They've gained some trainees who are assisting them on their quests as well as becoming aquatinted with new Gods. Along with the mail mission both Carter and Sadie make a few unexpected stops to fulfill their own personal missions. Which may or may not affect their sibling bond. Friends and enemies are interchangeable during this adventure and the siblings must rely on their instincts and each other if they are going to succeed."
