"The story of Rich Roll, and his journey from recovering alcoholic to ultra marathon runner (and much more). This book goes into great detail about the entire picture of endurance events. Most people get way to caught up in the physical, which is important, but Rich details diet/nutrition, as well as mindset. One of the best ways to improve your mental health is to work on your physical body as it builds confidence. Great book!"
