"I ended up enjoying this book a lot more than I was expecting. The general theme of this book is that our ancestors simply did not live in any way like we do now, and we need to adjust. The book is not just nutrition based, which I liked. I do think it’s important that you read this open minded (like most things…) because the author tends to speak in certainties, which you have to always research based on how your body reacts. But if you want to be healthy longer, the current American lifestyle or the SAD diet won’t do it. Good read, but always know very few things are universal with nutrition."
