"I am not a fan of this book, because it puts the onus of dealing with the feedback on the recipient, when it is rather the delivery of the feedback and how it reaches the recipient that is most vital.

I may need to re-read this in a different mindset, because I simply dismissed most of the book due to this careless presentation in early chapters."
