"This was my first time reading P.D. James's work and I don't think it will be the last. It left me guessing until the very end. Many mysteries go for the shock value of the reveal instead of trying to make sense of it, so I was happy to see that this was fairly sensible. I can usually predict the (often outlandish) outcome, but I'm happy that it really did pull me into each and every direction, planting reasonable seeds of doubt throughout. #coverherface #mystery #mystery_and_detective "
