"Dawn of the Clans: The Sun Trail ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
Dawn of the Clans: Thunder Rising ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dawn of the Clans: The First Battle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dawn of the Clans: The Blazing Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dawn of the Clans: A Forest Divided ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dawn of the Clans: Path of Stars ⭐️⭐️
Moth Flight's Vision (super edition) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thunderstar's Echo (ebook) legends of the clan ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Shadowstar’s Life (ebook) path of a warrior ⭐️⭐️
Average: 3.278

Before i decided that i was going to reread the warrior’s series in order but i didn’t end up picking the second book at the library. Now i decided to get back on warriors because lately everything i read wasn’t hooking me for some reason.

Reading this reminds me how much i love warriors. The series is a mess but it still has characters that i care for that are trying to survive.

Compare to other books Dawn of the clans is a breath of fresh air. They constantly go against rules of warriors with new characters. “Borders are unnecessary”, “kits can learn to fight”, “no ranks”. “No starclan yet”, “more death”, “groups still developing”, “no prophecies yet”

I don’t care for starclan so it is kinda nice for them to not be present. The same cats usually end up showing up repeatedly and it kinda defeats the purpose of a cat dieing. Also i don’t like “we have to do it because starclan said so”. Especially in omen of the stars when it is revealed that Starclan is not all powerful and can have bad calls. The prophecy meaning debate is not that fun.

In this book the groups split into two: Moor cats and Forest cats. There is tension between the two groups. The first book was mostly a journey and try not to die book. This book gets more action. We got Thunder as a perspective, which is Clear sky’s son. Which is interesting seeing his thoughts about his father."
