"Very trippy. Murdered woman is cloned song with a few others who have been killed by a serial killer. She is doesn’t have all the memories of her former self so she’s trying to piece together things. Kind of sci-fi, it gets a bit jumbled up at the end. Definitely unlike anything I’ve read before."
"Interesting concept, women killed by serial murderer come back as clones to solve their murder … sounds intriguing, but through a variety of switched and cloned identities, the story became so convoluted I couldn’t follow it and didn’t care to. And please stop treating supposed murder mysteries as a story on pregnancy, mommyhood and babies 🤮"
"I'm almost done with this absolute gem of a book, 70% according to my e-book lending library. This follows the five murder victims of serial killer Edward Early in a not so distant future where they're chosen to be cloned and brought back to life in a sense. The narrator is Louise, the last of the victims, who is married with a 9 month old baby. My Murder is funny and part thriller with tiny reveals unfolding as you read. I love the survivor support group that all five women are required to go to that Louise mocks because "no one survived" and the attempts of the other women to distance themselves from the original women their DNA came from, feeling alienated and like a copy of someone who shouldn't exist. Very amazing book."
"4.5 stars
This was an engaging read. Serial murder victims are brought back to life. Cloned actually...to help catch their killer. They form a support group. And, as we learn more about their morbid circumstances and the odd world our characters inhabit (one of virtual reality, empathy drugs, and stasis dream treatment in place of a death penalty), the question of who really killed our protagonist, Lou, surfaces. Entertaining, different, and some unpredictability. A quick and fun read."

"I personally thought this was perfect, but be warned, a thriller this is NOT. You’ll be incredibly disappointed if you go into this one thinking it will be. With that being said, I fell head over heels in love with both the writing style and the story. I’ve never connected so much with a fictional character as I did with Lou. Definitely a new favorite. If you also loved this book, I highly recommend reading Foe by Iain Reid."
"2.5 stars

Quick read, decently interesting premise— worldbuilding could have been fleshed out more in terms of technology, and the writing was a little predictable and weak"
