"C J Box is an amazing writer. I feel like Joe Pickett and his family, including Nate, are people I actually know. I feel like I've been to Wyoming, just through his books. (And I know I don't want to live there. Too remote for me!)<br/><br/>The stakes are high in this one. The FBI is telling Joe to stand down from a drone operator who is driving wildlife to death. Joe's daughter Lucy is dating the son of the drone operator. Nate is going to be a father. And a quartet of professional killers is in town.<br/><br/>As usual, the action got my blood pumping and I hung on to the book for dear life, afraid for all my friends. Not everyone makes it through to the end. <br/><br/>Now I'll sit and bite my nails until Long Range comes out. Box needs to write faster!"
