"A 5 Star Review all day. I never thought that a self help book would be so good to listen to for my mind and for my well being but it is. Listening to it as an audio also makes it more worth it because it is like he is saying everything he is writing to you so a "Motivation pep-talk as you will" I really enjoyed listening to this book especially on audio at the beginning of my day or even in the middle of the day when I needed a little pick me up. This book has helped me reflect on a couple of my life decisions or situations in my life. Not that this book will change your life but I think it most definitely helps you wake up to a couple things in your life and how you could go about them differently to be more beneficial for yourself. I would recommend to anyone and will continue to read his books!"
"I think there were a few meaningful quotes that I enjoyed in this book. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for. It was written for an older age group I think.
As a student I didn't find that I could relate to the content very well. It was written as if it were for overweight, divorced adults who hated their jobs, but wanted to get rich and have the body and relationship of their dreams. Even if I could relate to the content more I still think I wouldn't have enjoyed it very much. It was like "Attack life!" and "Take on every challenge like a general raging on the battlefield!" and that just wasn't what I was looking for.
Even though I didn't enjoy it very much I think there were a few things that stuck. Overall, if you're a university student looking to "Unf*ck youself" don't turn to this book. There is probably something else out there you can read that might be more relatable."
