"This was such a powerful and emotional book! There are no words to best describe this book. It was heartbreaking to read how Mac loses his youngest daughter in a tragic murder. He finds it hard to believe in God and years later gets a letter from God to meet him at the shack where his daughter was killed. When he gets there, he goes on a healing journey with God. The book takes on alot of theological thought about God, His being, and His Word. I could agree with some of it, but the rest I'm not sure because of the Catholic Church teachings. Anyways, I would give this a 4/5 đ"
