"Quite funny. Found myself laughing out loud frequently. Enjoyed reading many thoughts or experiences I've had in the fandom community and enjoyed the tips and new insights.

Only 3 stars mainly because I don't think of it as a novel so can't rank it the same as what I've ranked other of my favourite books."

"I really enjoyed this book! It included many of the fandoms that I a a part of and there were many delightful references to my favorite characters, places and quotes sprinkled throughout this easy but fun read. The most informative bit was about conventions, which I have never been to one but have always wanted to, because it gave tips on how to get your tickets, how to best utilize your time and proper con etiquette. I also found the section on feminism to also be enlightening and a nice refresher since my Women's Studies course back in 2010 or 2011. There were a few parts I skipped over like gaming, which I have very little interest in, or this the I already know a great deal about and don't need the information provided to know that it is awesome. Overall, a great read!!!"
