Percy Jackson isn't expecting freshman orientation to be any fun. But when a mysterious mortal acquaintance appears on campus, followed by demon cheerleaders, things quickly move from bad to diabolical. In this latest installment of the blockbuster series, time is running out as war between the Olympians and the evil Titan lord Kronos draws near. Even the safe haven of Camp Half-Blood grows more vulnerable by the minute as Kronos's army prepares to invade its once impenetrable borders. To stop them, Percy and his demigod friends must set out on a quest through the Labyrinth-a sprawling underground world with stunning surprises at every turn. Full of humor and heart-pounding action, this fourth book promises to be their most thrilling adventure yet.

"4.25 stars

Alright so this one is probably my least favorite of the series so far but this series is so good that that’s not really a bad thing! I think maybe there was just a lot going on but I did love the labyrinth aspect and getting more Tyson & Nico in this one!! And now that Percy is 15, I can’t wait to see how everything ramps up even more in book 5!"
"I still really like this series and Percy keeps getting cooler. Can't wait to read the next one!"

"I think that this is the most bittersweet book out of the bunch so far. We start getting a taste of the tragedies that await for us.
Percy is getting older and wiser, and that means that the plot is going to morph along with him... Which is basically a string of pretty words to say a lot of pain is coming and the gods know I'm not ready.

Wew.

Nico gets a lot of chara development, we see a surprising couple bloom, all in all there's happiness amidst the upsetting plots around us.
I'd say I look forward to the next book but I'm too much of a coward for that!!!

Regardless, I won't stop this rereading spree anytime soon.
Time to move onto book five."
