"3.5 ⭐️
It was cute in a juvenile way. I enjoyed tagging along on their adventure. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I hadn't gone into it with as high of expectations because in the end, I was really disappointed. The ending seemed like it just ended too soon. I wanted to see what happened. Basically their adventure felt like it was gearing up for something way more than it ended up being."
"This is the kind of story/book that I lived for as a kid and apparently still do as an adult. I was sucked in to the book after the background information in the first few chapters. Very suspenseful, and even comedic in certain scenes. An awesome YA book."

"I loved this book! I was hesitant going in because it is a middle grade book. I was pleasantly surprised. This book pulled me in immediately. The writing was amazing and I loved the illustrations. Three friends play an imaginary game. When Zach can no longer play, the game is over. Until Poppy has a dream about the bone China doll that acts as the queen of their game. Thus begins their quest and creeping happenings along the way. This book was fun and the writing was perfect. Recommend for everyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
