"Extremely enjoyable quasi-cozy (there is some low key swearing and some bloody injuries) mystery.
Old house restoration+ghosts+awesome constructon contractor who doesn't give up her fancy dresses just because shes in a dusty messy trade job=possibly a new favorite fluffy series.
Even having read the book once before when it was first pulished I was kept guessing, and now i have 10 years of new books to catch up on!"
"Love all her books!"
