"This book really requires you to take a deep look inside and at your actions. I found myself identifying very closely with quite a few of the habits in the book and understanding all of them. One of my struggles with books like this is they often tell you the issues but do not follow up with how to fix them. HWR did a good job with the follow up.
I gave it four stars because there is a sufficent amount of repetition, but that is also to be expectedfrom book of this kind, since we rarely get things the first time we are told. The last section of the book could be condensed a little because by that point I was ready to be finished.
Overall, this is a topic every women could benefit from and every boss should read to help their employees over come hurddles."
