A young man stands in his bedroom. It just so happens that he’s about to embark on an adventure involving birthday cakes, magic chests, hammers, arms (detachable and otherwise), harlequins, imps, eccentric architecture, movable home furnishings, bunnies, and a video game that will destroy the world. -- VIZ Media

"started reading in 2011 and i still think about it on the daily in 2021. i really enjoy the beginning chapters for their silliness and character building. plus the puns. i'm a HUGE sucker for puns but call Hussie Lord Kirby because he is the biggest sucker of all. while it is extremely hard to separate a work from its (in this case, sometimes Extremely Extra) fandom, i heartily recommend Homestuck for its creativity, its use of multimedia and multi-artist-media, including music from the fantastic Toby Fox, and the endless avenues your imagination will scamper down :)"
"i love this comic dearly!"
