"Overall a really helpful read! Challenging in many ways, but with lots of practical exercises and good insights. I’m especially intrigued with some of her final reflections around the importance of emptiness in all ways. Framing the nine hungers is another key insight that will sit with me for a while. I didn’t do the exercises, just read through, but feel “bought in” enough that I may try applying this book more practically to my life. Would recommend for anybody who wonders why they struggle with restrictive or compulsive eating - even if that struggle is mild."
