"Sage Winters goes to Willowbrook Education Center to find answers about her missing sister, whom she had thought dead until the day before. She is mistaken as her twin and becomes a patient. When she finally finds someone who believes her, she discovers even more horrible truths. Heartwenching and thrilling."
"It seems the author read some history of or watched a documentary about the actual Willowbrook institution, created a fictional character and plugged her into the details she read (or watched). And not very artfully or creatively. The "twist" was obvious from the first chapter. As I read, I imagined the author to be, at most, a 14 year old girl because I see this book only appealing to other 14 year old girls. "
"Horrifying page turner that kept me in suspense and changing my mind about who done it over ad over!"
