"For the director of Princeton's outdoor action this book is poorly written. I'm halfway through and it's not organized at all. Very shallow descriptions of what you should do. The author should have focused indepth on each topic and did more research. He keeps recommending more books and citing random pages in the book that he has written. He should talk more about how to properly pack your backpack with weights distribution but instead there's two pages dedicated to tree leaves . Extremely disorganized because right after the four pages of weather it goes into knot tieing and then to telling time without a watch and then tree leaves. I don't recommend buying as someone who camps"
