This book belongs in every Catholic home, for Pope St Pius X stated St. Thérèse of Lisieux the "greatest Saint of modern times".This is the original TAN edition now with updated typesetting, fresh new cover, new size and quality binding, and the same trusted content.

"St. Therese of Lisieux is one of the most well known Catholic saints of all time and in good company from within the Carmelite order--who may claim more saints than any other Catholic religious order. She is 1 of only 4 females given the title "Doctors of the Church" among the total of 37 others with this title, earned by one's holiness and writings which prove additionally insightful when teaching the faith. Her life, approach to the faith, experience as a mystic and ability to love unconditionally in all circumstances are all beyond remarkable. I would have appreciated accompanying commentary from a Catholic scholar or writer familiar with her writing so I could have better interpreted some of what I was reading. CarmelCast on YouTube has been helpful.🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

"I have been struggling with scrupulosity for the past few months and a friend recommended this to me. The tenderness and loving way Thérèse goes about her penance and life made me reflect on how our God is not one who wants to punish us at every little mistake, but one who embraces each of our faults. I recommend this to anyone struggling with scrupulocity or with grasping how gentle and loving our Father is. "
