Cowritten by #1 New York Times bestselling author Julie Murphy and USA Today bestselling author Sierra Simone—a steamy plus-size holiday rom-com about an adult film star who is semi-accidentally cast as a lead in a family-friendly Christmas movie, and the former bad-boy pop star she falls in love with.“The charming holiday romp you absolutely need in your life!” —Tessa BaileyBee Hobbes (aka Bianca Von Honey) has a successful career as a plus-size adult film star. With a huge following and two supportive moms, Bee couldn’t ask for more. But when Bee’s favorite producer casts her to star in a Christmas movie he’s making for the squeaky-clean Hope Channel, Bee’s career is about to take a more family-friendly direction.Forced to keep her work as Bianca under wraps, Bee quickly learns this is a task a lot easier said than done. Though it all becomes worthwhile when she discovers her co-star is none other than childhood crush Nolan Shaw, an ex-boy band member in desperate need of career rehab. Nolan’s promised his bulldog manager to keep it zipped up on set, and he will if it means he’ll be able to provide a more stable living situation for his sister and mom.But things heat up quickly in Christmas Notch, Vermont, when Nolan recognizes his new co-star from her ClosedDoors account (oh yeah, he’s a member). Now Bee and Nolan are sneaking off for quickies on set, keeping their new relationship a secret from the Hope Channel’s execs. Things only get trickier when the reporter who torpedoed Nolan’s singing career comes snooping around—and takes an instant interest in mysterious newcomer Bee.And if Bee and Nolan can’t keep their off-camera romance behind the scenes, then this merry little meet cute might end up on the cutting room floor.

"I wish I liked this one more than I did, but it just wasn't that great IMO. It was a pretty quick, easy read, but the romance just felt superficial. I felt like it was more lust than actual love. I did like the writing style and I also liked the characters so I'm definitely going to check the second book out. Hopefully I'll like it more!"
"3.5/5
so sad I didn't love this book as much as I thought I was going to. There were just a few things I didn't love, one being it wasn't even that festive. There were a few things here and there that were but not enough, and it wasn't blended in all that well. It felt like a romance with a few Christmas things thrown in just to make it seem festive but didn’t give that Christmas magical vibe and second, let me start by saying a warning if you don't like spice in a book, then definitely do not read this one. It was pretty spicy, but I truly I don't mind that I love spice in a book truthfully I only mind when the Romance feels more like lust and just physical than anything else it's just is not fun for me. I didn't get any of that cute little romance feeling it was vary instant love, but they were also like super fans of each other which sounds great but felt a bit off especially with it feeling like surface level. Considering what they both do for a living there’s was no feeling of going deeper for me It was fun and funny at times. I just couldn’t get invested in them, and that’s big in a romance for me so I did have fun at some moments over all felt ehh."
"Yes it is Christmas season and I'm still on the hunt for all things festive and anti-hallmark. Still the opening lines of this book almost had be giving up. I was very much surprised by the cover and the title that this was such a spicy tale. Side note: Meet Cute should have been rethought here. I didn't see it. Bee was a fun and a beloved curvy character. Bonus. The thing is in the same respect, her weight was used as a median for other things other than just being accepted.

The plot was pretty unbelievable here still the jokes and banter were very fun and almost made reading worth it. The adult movie star angle gave this festive book a refreshing vibe. Bee was super fun and relatable. I think if it would have been just from her perspective I would have enjoyed it much more.

Nolan was not a very likeable person. He was written very self sacrificing and noble but it was overly done and not convincing. I also didn’t care for his sob story. And the narrator Joy Nash oh boy lol he could not do an English accent to save his life. Still it was hilarious.

Of course like in most romances the inner monologs got very repetitive and long winded. The plot started to lag even the steamy scenes when Bee was all in her head reliving her every thought again and again. But even after all of my complaining I appreciated the effort of this book. It wasn't another hallmark look alike. It atleast had promise.

Haha "Nothing makes people more happy than Christmas and titties.""
"2.5 rounded up- It was an ok mindless read, but annoying at times. The characters reminding us of their bisexuality every chapter screamed “look at us we’re being inclusive!” Also, the focus on Bee’s body was a little strange to me. There was a ton of focus on the shape and size of her body, along with other people’s thoughts about her body. Since they focused so intensely on hers, why wasn’t Nolan’s mentioned at all?
Some of the raunch was hot, some was cringe. This book gave me something to do for a few days, and broke me out of my fantasy genre focus, so I’m not upset that I read it. If your a stickler for depth in your characters, I’d say pass this one up."
