"Silly little essays on gross, disgusting, taboo, and creepy things.
I found myself raising my eyebrows a bit in part 6 particularly in the chapter about psychopaths. There is a lot of quackery when it comes to studying psychopaths from what I've gathered and while inaccuracies with her sources wouldn't be Engelhaupt's fault, I think it's worth reading that chapter with a little skepticism."

"This was gross and fun! I don’t normally write reviews, but this was such a fun read. It made the gross and scary, something worth reading and learning about! I hope to see more from this author! "

"This was incredible! Found it at my local library and fell in love. It’s a perfect blend of science and “gross” stuff (although I personally wasn’t too squeamish of most of it). Definitely one of the most interesting thing I’ve ever read, and was perfect for those with short attention spans since the topic is totally different every 3-8 pages; you could even read sections entirely independently and skip over some if you wanted to (although they’re each fascinating so I wouldn’t recommend that😉)"
