"Initially, I rated this book with four stars. Upon reading it again, I changed my rating to five stars. The reason for that is that I truly identify with Valerius and Tabitha. My personality is a mashup of theirs, as are my hang ups a mirror of their own.<br/><br/>There is also the matter of the major events that occur and force in world development. This story’s climax is tumultuous and may be upsetting to some, but sometimes the deaths of people that aren’t on the “bad guys” side is important. <br/><br/>The final chapter is truly what sealed this book’s rating for me, as Zarek’s presence gave me a real sense of peace. Zarek is my favorite dark hunter, after all. I try to keep my reviews spoiler free so that is as much as I am able to reveal."

"My favorite book in the entire series! I love Tabby she is my alternate ego according to my boyfriend. Valerius and Tabby were a perfect match made by Ash just like Kyrian and Amanda were. I love how close the twins are. They truly can't live without each other. My favorite part was when Astrid gave the ambrosia to Valerius so that he could hurl lightning bolts back at Zarek. Should be interesting to see those two in action now that their both gods! Can't wait to read even more on Tabby and Val!!!"
