"Genuinely comforting book -- not in a shallow "everything will be okay" two dollar greeting card sort of way. Written by an author who has lived through those dark, mental doldrums and knows the kind of comfort that's needed. The chapters are really short so if you're experiencing a down moment where you can't do any mental heavy lifting, then pick up this book. It'll help. Also, I totally recommend the audiobook. It's author-read, which makes the vitality of the writing come through. I'm about to go through it a second time!"
"It was incredible! I loved it! I may re read it a couple times more. I like how each one is different not just a small little poem of basically the same thing the whole time."

"I love the simple purpose of this book. It's one that I appreciate so much more because of where I've been with my mental health. Its simple, yet profound, message is wonderful. It is the type of book you keep on your shelf and pull out on occasion so that you remember how important and meaningful life is."
"This book is SO NECESSARY. I love Matt Haig, and I feel like he captures thoughts and feelings with such clarity. I going to go out and buy this so I have a copy at all times, but I realized this isn’t something I should read straight through. It’s something I want to break up and come back to when I need it, but I have no doubt that every part of it will be 5 stars, so I feel good about rating it now!

Part One: Nov 9-13"

"I finished this a few hours ago and I know there are some knowledge nuggies that I will be chewing on for years to come. It was a difficult read at some points because some stories or content doesn't apply to me at this moment, Overall I enjoyed it and will reference it from time to time. "
