"I have never read a manga about agriculture before. I enjoyed it a lot, mostly because of the easy and relaxed (to a point) narrative. <br/><br/>You can tell that Arakawa really does her research on each manga series produced. The art is top notch, especially the animals and machinery. <br/><br/>My favorite part is the horse race! It was REALLY well done!!! <br/><br/>The main character’s attitude is the worst part about this, but I have a feeling that’s going to change drastically. <br/><br/>This does have a graphic depiction of a chicken laying an egg, but it’s super skippable. <br/><br/>Not for everyone, but give it a shot!"
