"I thought this was going to be absolutely phenomenal the way everyone describes it. I also thought it would be scary but I was disappointed in this one. While it's worth the read it definitely feels rather slow and kind of boring at times. Overall it was a good story but I could've had more exciting of scary moment. I also don't feel like it answered all the questions it created. "
"I really enjoyed some parts of this book, and I was freaked out a couple times. However, the ending was quite underwhelming, and didn't make much sense. This book leaves you with more questions than answers, and I don't really understand the purpose of making it that way. I also feel like an unnecessary amount of time was spent describing kids' activities, but that's true of many books with kids as the main characters. Anyway, I found the book to be promising, and then it fell short for me.

I don't mind the Reddit style because I enjoy reading and listening to those stories. That's not my issue. I liked the suspense, and main purpose of the storyline; I'm just not a fan of the direction it went in."
