"5/5⭐️ dual pov and available on KU this is the last book is the Chestnut Springs Series. I have no idea why I didn’t read this sooner. This entire series is the absolute best. If anyone is looking for small town, spicy romances this series is the first I recommend. Book two has my heart but this one is up there as well now! Elsie Silver writes the best characters with awesome banter and character development! This one has an age gap and it’s done so well not so any years that it feels super creepy if you think about it to hard. This book is a bit of a slow burn but the tension is so good and when the spice comes in it’s great! 3/5 spice level. Recommend this entire series!! So so good! "
"For starters, this series is amazing and this is a perfect way to end it. Beau and Bailey are just so good for each other just like the other couples and I love the cameos from the other couples as well as Harvey. Honestly, Harvey is everything. Admittedly, this book is different from the other ones but they are all different and I love each of them for that. It’s hard for this series to end but I really want to read her other books, especially Violet’s."

"2 ⭐️ I thought Reckless (3⭐️) wasn't that good, but Hopeless make's Reckless look like a 4 or 5 star...This was just NOT. IT. Bailey? Her naivety was too much at times, to the point where it was childish and uncomfortable, Beau? Intriguing but so boring, Plot? Where is it?, The spicey scenes? Cringe (Wish I could unread the bathtub scene 🫣)"
"This book was a great “last book” to wrap up the series! Bailey and Beau were very wholesome, and I’ve been waiting the whole series to hear more of Beau’s story.
The story is very fast paced and is refreshing compared to the rest of the series. "

"After Beau returned home, a military hero his family won’t leave him alone and keep prying at him so he makes a deal with his bartender to become his fake fiancé during their alone time. Do they slip past the fine lines of pretend in reality. Of their little “bet”"
