"I think good science fiction reflects modern concerns. I chanced upon a list of 10 books in scifi everyone should read, this book was on the list. Had no idea the storyline, but seeing when it was first published I imagined it would reflect a fear of "atomic bomb", close, but no cigar. Although this book reflects a struggle between knowledge and beliefs, it was just as relevant today, especially when read during 2020 pandemic, and then in 1950's. Highly recommend!"
