The narrator just didn’t do it for me. <br/><br/>Once I started reading the kindle version, I fell in love with the story of the surly and prickly Eric and the patient long suffering Blaine."

"<b> I was actually surprised that I kept reading this book and liked it </b><br/><br/><i> Maybe, I'm a little baby crazy right now </i>🤷<br/><br/>Kate was an awesome heroine, who had incredible strength and nurtured Rachel's children as if they were her own. She had her weaknesses of course, i.e. seeing the good in everyone and wearing her heart on her sleeve but otherwise, she articulated her thoughts and feelings well and I could always relate to her POV. <br/><br/>SHANE was another story. He was a douche bag, who had the tendency to speak before he thought and was always critical of Kate's parenting. Honestly, I never forgave Shane for what he did to Kate in the beginning of the book...even when they made up. I held a grudge, what can I say? However, I completely understood why Kate loved and forgave him of his past transgressions.<br/><br/> <img src="https://media.giphy.com/media/VqPpOjb1rOBBS/giphy.gif" width="380" height="380" alt="description"/><br/><br/>Would I forgive Shane?
