"I did not expect to love this book so much. I follow Chatterjee on IG and really enjoy his stories. He seems very kind but most importantly genuine, and he seems to really care about his patients. He recommends starting small. Honestly as I read I felt like it was nothing new. But I did it anyway. I started doing kettle bell swings in the morning as I made my coffee. I also started doing 10 minutes of yoga a day, and going to CrossFit at least twice a week. The key is the data tracking. He recommends doing something visual and kinesthetic ( touch) every time you accomplish a small goal. So every time I did one of things I mentioned above, I put a marble in a jar. It really worked! I felt like a kid and I wanted to add more marbles to my jar. Haha. I became more motivated and have been doing a bit more each day. It was fun to listen to this book as well. It really helped me feel good about myself and have more of a sense of control in my life."
