"There are so many great recipes in here I look forward to tasting! The only ones I’ve prepared so far are the Tomato Confit Bruschetta, and Carole’s Fried Bread. Both were yummy! Really liked there is at least one picture for each recipe, that it’s organized well, only a couple recipes w “rare” ingredients, and that the author also lists substitution suggestions with every recipe. #cookbooks #recipes "
