Blood-red Rivers

They are experienced, slightly marginal cops who believe they have seen everything. Until one is assigned a case following the horrifying discovery of a mutilated and tortured corpse, in fetal position, lodged in an innaccessible fissure. The other discovers the desecrated tomb of a child whose primary school records have disappeared. The two come together when a new victim is discovered high up in the glaciers. Are these the workings of a satanic sect or a hideous vengeance bearing hints of genetic manipulations? Surveying the depths of the past, the two men are drawn to a truth beyond the realms of the imaginable.
