Liam was the perfect narrator and having to see how much they were struggling with was devastating"

"This book was just SAD. <br/>It started sad, and it ended sad.<br/>I cared way more about the side characters than I did the main character. <br/>And I was left with so many unanswered questions. <br/><br/>Spoilers ‼️<br/>• How could Liam be so blind?<br/>• Why didn’t Ethan tell anyone about him and Marcus? Especially Liam.. he knew they would understand. <br/>• Why did Ethan end things with Marcus? <br/>• Would they have gotten back together? <br/>• Did Marcus find happiness? <br/><br/>I would honestly love a spin-off about Marcus a few years down the line. <br/><br/>I just kept hoping that somehow it would all work out, that somehow they would get a HEA, but I knew there was no hope. <br/><br/>This book left me feeling raw, unresolved, and sad. I’ll be thinking about it for a longtime."
