"This book was pretty annoying. Ngl I read it for the ****. I’ve read books by this author before and thought they were ok so I had way too high expectations for this book. First, the **** scenes. The first scene was great, the **** was straight to and it was hot, then later on when another scene came, the main character was thinking of completely random things and kept on being a debby downer about every fricken thing in her life, I just wanted the ****, not five pages worth of vanilla therapy crap (seriously the things she was thinking about that made her sad were so small and stupid). And second, the main character is sooooo whiny and such a wimp. She cries every other page (cried four times during the spicy scenes, not kidding), she doesn’t ever take control, she’s not adamant about what she likes or dislikes either, she’s pretty much a secluded bubble wrapped kid who just feels sorry for herself but doesn’t want to feel sorry for herself. She has a mental breakdown if she so much as gets a blink from someone and is not empowering or empowered herself. Part of reading a good **** book is the mc who makes it interesting, I spent the book saying “omg shut the f uuuuup”. If you’re looking for a **** book DO NOT choose this one, it makes me feel more annoyed than anything. If you want a good read then go for Rush by this author (it’s the first book to a kind-of series, same world but diff characters, second and third are best, don’t let the first book discourage you). I would rate this book as a 3/10, and that’s really saying something since I only came for the spice. "
"I couldnt put this book down. Theres 3 books in the series. The first two stay focused on the main characters and the third focuses on another characters. Its hot and has descriptive vocab. I read a lot from this author and love her. When ur done with this series i recommend for her pleasure. "
