"I feel like this book is a great book but you have to be at a certain level of maturity to actually digest the book if that makes sense."

"Deep - will most definitely require more than one read in order to fully comprehend all the wisdom shared. Lots of super advice - most of it common sense but well written and moving. Very easy to read though!"

"This book is awful. First of all, If you suffer from any kind of mental illness or trauma, do not read this book. It is very triggering. The book badly explains all the concepts by using really large generalizations and black/white thinking. There are so many other books that send the same message as this one without the triggers, awful writing, over explaining, etc. please do not support this book or this author."
