"Seeing the fear of being gay put into words, in a popular book is comforting. Especially when you feel the same way. this book resonates with me a lot because I relate. It’s definitely worth the read. And can be read all in one sitting! "

"Actual rating: 3.5<br/><br/>My favorite parts of this graphic novel were towards the end--Cade explaining why he likes horror films and how he sees them through a queer lens was great. There also was a scene between Cade and Henry talking about acceptance that was good too. However, the things Cade said at the surprise party, I'm not sure there would be any way to come back from that. I can understand why he wouldn't go to Henry about the concerns, because Henry was taciturn at times and easy to anger, but he could've talked to Henry's sister, Henri."
