"Soft Thorns was a nice book. I particularly liked the last two chapters. Many of the poems felt instead like statements or thoughts to be agreed with rather than full-fledged poems. I found the book to be a fast read that at times brought me very pleasant feelings. The beginning I found quite intense but I think it was important to her story. This book is certainly not for everyone but for the intended audience it will be impactful."
